Pinterest asked our team to help create a strong umbrella brand for all of its employee benefits programs. After a series of cross-functional interviews and research sessions, we helped Pinterest name not only the employee benefits brand, but also a hierarchy of sub-category brands to house and identify the company's various benefits programs. We then created an identity system that connects real employees with their benefits, through visuals, messaging, employee quotes and quirky tidbits about each featured employee. Once the brand was fully formed, we designed and produced launch material, Open Enrollment programs, a Total Rewards website and other benefits-specific communications.
